ELearning for GHS

Last night, on Tuesday January 11, 2022, Cherokee County School District announced that for Thursday and Friday of this week all schools in the district would do Virtual school days and come back to school after Martin Luther King Jr. Day next Tuesday.

The School released a post on Facebook saying “Cherokee County School District is experiencing a large number of COVID-19 cases among students and staff.” They have started the transition for all schools in the district on Thursday except for B.D Lee Elementary who began on Wednesday.

This comes after closing of other schools like High Point Academy and Greenville High School after a increase in Covid cases following winter break.

Have a safe ELearning and MLK Day and we will see students back at school on Tuesday!
