Daily Rants

Sometimes we have to learn to accept that people change, and they won’t always be here for you like they say they will. Throughout my life I have learned to accept that everything around me can change in an instant.

Whether things feel like they are falling apart or not, I choose to find the happiness in my situations and look on the brighter side. Even when you cannot possibly think of one, one can pop up at the most random time. Sometimes we take advantage of everything that we do and can do. We use some of these things to hurt others, whether it be through our speech or our actions. Sometimes many people do not understand that they are belittling someone else. When they finally realize what they are doing you may be torn down to the point where you feel as though you have no one, but you do. You are loved no matter where you, or what you have done.

Someone is always here for you, even when you may feel like you have no one to talk too. The guidance counselors, your friends, your parents, a teacher, and even people you would least expect are here for you. If it is something that you do not feel comfortable talking about that is okay, too. You can always write down how you feel and that’s a great way to cope as well. If we could all just learn to accept people for who they are, we would have less problems in this world. We would not have all of the conflicts that we do today. There would be no discrimination and everyone would love everyone. If someone did something wrong, we would forgive and learn to move on.

In reality, everyone wants to find a place, and it’s okay not to know your place yet.  You have to learn that people do not define you. They cannot tell you how to dress, or judge how you act. At the end of the day everyone has a different mindset and thinks differently. Everyone should be accepted for who they are!
