If you live anywhere near Gaffney, you have probably heard of the big event that takes place every year in March: Impact. Impact is a huge event that brings together almost every church in Gaffney. It takes place at Broad River Electric in Gaffney, South Carolina. The churches put it all together very nicely, and every year there is a new speaker and band. There is a service that Friday night, Saturday morning, Saturday night, and Sunday night.

2020 IMPACT will take place between March 13-15 at Broad River Electric. The theme for this year is “Crave.”

Heath Williams is leading worship this year. Timmy Montgomery is an Olympic athlete, and is speaking Sunday night. Chris Dew is the main speaker for the sessions. The session times are as follows…
Friday night- 7pm
Saturday morning- 10am
Saturday night- 7pm
Sunday night- 6pm

I have been going to Impact since my first year of middle school. I personally love it and enjoy every bit of it. I always get so much out of it. It’s a wonderful experience. Everybody is there for one purpose and one reason. It is so amazing to see so many youth and adults come together for one single reason.

If you are not involved in a youth group, that’s no problem. You can still join us at Broad River for the services and sit anywhere with any of your friends. There are so many people there, you are bound to have a friend there somewhere. I hope to see there. It will definitely leave a lasting impact on you if you decide to come!
