Since October 7, 2023 Israel has been at odds with Palestinian after Hamas, which is the Islamic movement, led an attack on Israel and managed to kill 1,400 of Israel’s countrymen. Israel tried to fire back towards Palestine’s Gaza Strip by knocking out and killing over 8,000 of their men and this attack included killing 3,000 children of the 8,000 people in Palestinian. Israel at that point thought they had an advantage on Hamas and launched an invasion on the Gaza strip and they were able to take over 200 civilians hostage. Keep in mind that this is not the first time these two countries have faced off with one another. Both countries have been at each others heads since 2006 including Israel soldiers being captured which lead to Israel executing an airstrike on Gaza and during their confirmations one year later in the summer of 2007 over 100 of Gaza’s army would go down with even more wounded from a horrific scene The sad part about Gaza’s workforce after the airstrike was pretty abysmal with of over 70% of people in the country unemployed following the strike and over 80% of its population were living in poverty. Let’s all hope that this conflict comes to an end at some point soon or who knows what they might do next.
