We all may remember the show ‘Blues Clues’, when we were younger we watched the show and joined along, sitting in front of the TV excited. Young kids didn’t realize it at the time but the host of the show had changed before our eyes. The original host was Steve Burn, so you’re wondering, where did he go? Steve Burns decided to leave the show in 2002, he eventually had to take his life into consideration, in the mindset that being the host of ‘Blues Clues’ was not his life decision. Almost 20 years later he finally tells why he left the show, which was to attend college, deciding to go to  Desales University, which is a private school in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. Burns stated, ” Was really challenging by the way, but great because I got to use my mind and take a step at a time and now I literally am doing many of the things that I wanted to do.”, educating us on how he it was not an easy path, but he followed his heart and now is doing things he dreamed about doing. During college, he studied theater under his acting scholarship. Burns was 29 when he officially retired, after playing the host of the show for 6 years, Burns is now 47 years old. Informing the audience that he has not forgotten the show and his fans who could’ve looked up to his that after these 2 decades. After college he ended up investing and trading in the stock market about 20 years. When he retired the show, the producers had to find someone new therefore, they changed the host to Donovan Patton who on the show played his little brother Joe, to cover up Steve Burns not coming back. Not long after, the show had a reboot and was named, ‘ Blues and Clues & You’. Unfortunately, the show discontinued in June, 2020.
