Yearbook Day- May 7, 2021

Nathan Bradley, Staff Writer

As the end of the year arises, we begin our end of school year traditions. Yearbook day is a huge tradition at GHS, and even some people’s favorite time of the year. Yearbook day is so exciting because it gives you time to reflect on the school year, and connect with all of your friends. It makes everything so bittersweet to finally think back of all of the fun memories from the school year, and how it has finally come to an end. The staff of GHS have worked so hard on preparing for yearbook day, as well as Mrs. Wallace and the yearbook staff for collecting pictures and making our yearbook, and Coach Ben Fuller for creating the end of the year slideshows.

Yearbook day will be a little different at GHS this year, because of COVID-19, it wont be the traditional yearbook day where everyone gathers together in the gym. This year, seniors will go to the auditorium to celebrate their final days at GHS and reflect on their past four years at GHS, and watch their senior slideshow. All underclassman will remain in their classrooms and their teachers are responsible for showing them the underclassman slideshow. Yearbooks will be handed out, and students will be allowed to have classmates sign their yearbooks.

Yearbook day will be May 7. Make sure not to miss out on this wonderful experience!
