Tom Hanks (63) and wife Rita Wilson (63) were both diagnosed with the corona virus while in Australia. Thursday, March 11th, he posted a picture to Instagram explaining that they are taking a one-day-at-a-time approach. He has definitely kept a positive attitude throughout this situation.

Actor, Tom Hanks, has starred in many movies, TV shows, and has made cameos in music videos. He won many awards for his roll in Forest Gump, including a Golden Globe, and an Academy Award. He was the voice of Woody in Disney’s Toy Story franchise. He has also been an executive producer on an HBO show, called ¨The Pacific.”

Many fans, and friends, are sending him love and support in the comments of his post. Everyone is hoping he has a speedy recovery, and are spreading their concern. A ton of fans are telling how much of an inspiration he is to them and people around them. Someone also commented saying ¨Thank you for letting us know. The news only tells bad outcomes.” This user believes that he is showing something positive in a time of negative. Other fans are concerned, writing ¨No!!! This breaks my heart. You have always been one of my favorite actors, ever since I was three years old. You and your wife please take care of yourselves!¨

In conclusion, we should all come together as a nation, and learn to grow from this. We should not just turn away from this but take proper precautions. As doing so, make sure you wash your hands properly and be aware that someone around you may be sick. Notice the symptoms and if you develop them, go see your local doctor, or go to the nearest emergency room. Stay safe out there, kiddos. Always remember to be prepared, the corona virus is here.
