“Happily Ever After”

Who can go to Prom?
– Juniors and seniors currently enrolled at Gaffney High School in a junior or senior FLEX
– Have not had 5 or more days of OSS

Can someone be invited to prom?
– Only currently enrolled GHS students in a senior Flex who are eligible to attend prom may invite someone who is not a GHS junior or senior.
– Guest approval forms will be available from Mrs. Hanna and Mrs. Bauman beginning March 9. Only seniors will be allowed to pick up guest forms.
– Guest approval forms must be returned no later than March 27 to Mrs. Hann.
– Only 1 guest form per eligible senior will be accepted!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
– If your guest is approved, the senior must buy both their ticket and the guest ticket at the same time!

Who can be invited by an eligible senior?
– GHS students in a sophomore homeroom who have not had 5 or more days of OSS
– Any person that is not currently enrolled student at Gaffney High can only attend if incited by a GHS senior that is eligible to attend.
– Outside guests cannot be over the age of 20 or below the 10th grade. All outside guests are must be approved the by administration of GHS.
– Juniors may not invite someone who is not a GHS junior or senior.
– ABSOLUTELY NO FRESHMAN (9th GRADERS) WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND PROM!!!

What do I need to buy my prom ticket?
– $25
– Some form of picture identification (driver’s license, school ID)
– Prom conditions form (unless a guest form was turned in)
– You can only buy a ticket for yourself (unless you turned in an approval guest form).

Where can I buy my prom ticket?
– Prom tickets will be available for purchase from April 13-17, 2020. No tickets will be sold after 3:00 pm on Friday, April 17!!!
– ABSOLUTELY NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ON THE DAY OF PROM!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Prom Dress Code
– Please see the wall outside Mrs. Hanna’s room (2470) to see examples of what is and is not acceptable.
– If you have a question about your dress, please send Mrs. Hanna an email with picture. [email protected]
To enter prom, every student and guest must have their ticket and picture ID.
