Gaffney High vs. Boiling Springs Varsity Basketball

On January 17th, 2020, our varsity boys and girls basketball teams went head to head in a region AAAAA game, against the Boiling Springs Bulldogs. This game was played at home, in the Burial Ground (Coach Huff Court).
This game was immensely intense. The stands were packed out, and everyone was cheering. Parents and students of both schools were here to support their team. The Gaffney High student section was the biggest it has been this season! I am sure our player’s felt so much love.
Unfortunately, our Lady Indians did not win. However, they should not be discouraged because they played a good game and fought hard!
The boy’s game was tough though, as both teams were focused and determined to pull through and win the game. Of course, our boy’s never fail to impress. They remained ahead of the Bulldogs throughout the entire game, and were able to pull out a one point with with a final score of 46-45. Way to go Indians!
