Starting Monday, November 18th, GHS students will be able to come together to help out a fellow GHS student’s family. The AVID Club will hold a Turkey Trot to collect donations for an AVID student’s family whose brother, a soldier, was injured in the line of duty overseas. The money raised in this fundraiser will go to the family of the injured veteran to help alleviate some of the worry from the medical bills that have stacked up.

During both Tribe Times each day from November 18th through November 22nd, a group of AVID students will visit different locations throughout the school to collect any loose change from students for the fundraiser.
