Is fringe now back in? According to famous fashion magazines like Harper’s Bazaar, it is! Appearing on runways in Milan and gracing various celebrities, this throwback from the 70’s seems to be crawling back from the depths of our mom’s closets. This staff writer however isn’t exactly feeling the vibes. Bohemian styles, although they made a brief comeback in 2014, are totally tacky. Especially with the cold weather coming in. The tiny flaps of fringe often get tangled, some materials even become matted, and when placed on the bottoms of skirts they give the appearance of a 1920’s DIY flapper.
