The Southern Cherokee Chicken is without a doubt one of the best places you will ever eat. I, Drake Gunnells, am going to tell you my experience working there. The staff at Cherokee Chicken are very nice and understanding. Working there has shown and taught me that in life you will always have different responsibilities in your job each day, but its only up to you to stay consistent each day you are scheduled for the job. Doing what tasks you are assigned to do is the most important aspect in being an employee. Going into the real aspect of what I am trying tell you is what we actually do and accomplish at Cherokee Chicken. Here at Cherokee Chicken, we use name-brand foods and no processed meats or foods added with preservatives. Besides being an employee, I have also been a customer. And yes, as reviews say, the chicken is great, which is something I can attest for. From white meat to dark meat, piece by piece or bone or no bone: the chicken at Southern Cherokee Chicken is the best chicken you can eat in the upstate. I am very happy and pleased with my hours and pay. My boss is very compassionate and understanding as for all staff members. If you ever have questions, never be scared to ask them. If there is ever a problem, we will always find a resolution. In conclusion, Cherokee chicken is a great place to eat, work, and get to know people from all over Gaffney. They have excellent food, fast service, and a very positive atmosphere with an incredible team. For the time I’ve worked at Cherokee Chicken, I have never once regretted applying.
