Ahhhhh yes… good ole musically. Musically was one of the best social media platforms. The first version of Musically came out in August 2014. Musically was a app where people were making videos of them lip singing songs and editing their videos and slowing them down to make it look cool. Musically shut down and changed to Tiktok because the owner wanted to port its technology and user base into another app it owned.  A company from Beijing China called Bytedance bought Musically and changed it into tiktok. The app tiktok came out August 2nd 2018. When Covid hit tiktok really blew up because jobs were shutting down and more and more people were stuck at home and needed things to do. Everybody has Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, etc. so people were going to eventually get tired of those apps so they downloaded tiktok and started making them and some people blew up and started getting paid to make tiktoks.  Earlier in the year a lot of drama started from he say she say and from people being messy. Tiktok is a fun app but it also causes a lot of problems and a lot of drama. It has caused people to break up, end friendships, and even some people have fought. I personally think if some people would stop doing the stuff they do and stop saying the stuff they say, the tiktok community wouldn’t be full of drama like it is today.  If the community guidelines would follow what they say some of the tiktok drama would be solved.  Tiktok is a app where people are dancing, starting drama, doing things they shouldn’t be doing, dating,is so much stuff tiktok has started.
